      I build the internal tools that close the gap between the field and the office, replacing spreadsheets, email threads, and static reports with software project teams use every day.

      Construction management

      Construction PM Platform

      Developed an internal construction-management application that consolidates project tracking, schedules, reporting, budgets, milestones, and portfolio visibility into a centralized platform, replacing fragmented spreadsheet- and email-based processes.

      Result. Created a repeatable construction-management workflow capable of supporting multiple projects and markets. The platform generated interest from other Highwoods construction teams for broader use.

      Executive reporting & cost controls

      Construction Portfolio Dashboard

      Built an executive construction dashboard that consolidates budget versus spend, portfolio status, pending approvals, bid pricing status, and IT allowance sunset tracking into one view, organized by project manager and market.

      Result. Gives leadership a single screen for budget, spend, forecast, bid deadlines, and priority watchlist items, replacing manual status roll-ups assembled across spreadsheets.
